About the event
Zumba® takes the "work" out of workout by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Super effective and super fun, Zumba is a total workout that combines all fitness elements – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance, flexibility, boosted energy, and a serious dose of awesome every class!
Weekly Schedule (February & March):
Mondays: 8:30 – 9:30 AM
Wednesdays: 5:30 – 6:30 PM
**A Fort Fitness gym membership is required to participate in Zumba classes.
