​As a versatile educator spanning art, academics, cooking, exercise and beyond, I'm often asked about the source of my seemingly boundless energy and enthusiasm. My students and clients frequently comment on my positive spirit and how it inspires their own journeys.
What many don't realize is that this vibrant energy wasn't always my natural state. Ten years ago, a transformative discovery changed everything for me.
